Some people can vote, others can't

    I’ve been experiencing this problem a couple of times before.

    Some people can vote, others can’t. And I tried on different browsers/machines and apparently they are right: the stars are shown but I can’t click on them. Again, this only happens to some posts.

    I don’t have any caching plugins installed and the Logging Method is set to Cookie and IP.
