Some people can see my new post, while others cannot

I just posted a new post on my site. I can see the post on my website whether or not I’m logged in to the dashboard. However, my boss cannot see the post when he looks at the site from his PC. And several others in an unaffiliated office nearby cannot see the post when they check out our website on their computers. So far, those of us who go to the website on our cellphones can see the post, no problem. IMHO, I should not have to change any settings or themes or codes to simply have a new post show up consistently across whatever platforms end-users access my website. Is this a WordPress glitch?
