Some Paypal fees incorrectly displayed

  • Hello,

    Most Paypal fees are correctly displayed, I don’t know why few orders have a Paypal fee incorrectly display in the XLS export.

    Normal Paypal fee is displayed like this in the cell :
    1,93

    And for few orders Paypal fee in the cell is like this :
    1.93, 1,93

    And there is no obvious difference between those two orders, they are the same. Could you please help on this matter?

    1. What Paypal plugin do you use ? please, send exact plugin’s url.

    2. please, submit your settings as new ticket to https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/
    Use tab Tools to get them.

    1. I don’t know where I can find URL plugin’s, because I didn’t download a specific plugin, I just enabled the “PayPal Standard” under Woocommerce settings > Payment tab

    2. Just submitted + screenshot of the export issue
