• Resolved kpimarketing

    (@kpimarketing)

We are experiencing an issue where some of the pages on our site remain restricted, even after the user has logged in. There appears to be no consistency in which pages remain restricted, but we notice this bug more often when a logged-out user tries to access multiple pages that are restricted before logging in. The user will have access to the restricted page they logged in from, but some other pages remain restricted even though the user is now logged in.

After remaining logged in for around 10 minutes or so, the user will eventually have access to all the pages they are supposed to have access to. – See link to Video below.

Any assistance in helping us resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @kpimarketing

Could you please try disabling the cache and see if the pages still show restricted page messages when logged in?

Tried that again, and still didn’t work. Same results.
