• Below is an excerpt from ongoing support tickets. Yes, I have the PRO (paid) version. All pages are set to default template. All rows using page layout builder are set to the same width. All SOWidgets are the same. Can anyone else chime in as to why ‘eGift Cards’ would not present the same way as ‘Weddings’? I don’t believe I am looking for customization as support suggests, just looking to make all pages present the same when viewing on a mobile. Cheers, Michelle

    Good morning Manoj,

‘Special Occasions’ is not responsive on mobile, but ‘Weddings’ is. ‘Corporate Solutions’ is, but ‘eGift Cards’ is not. I’ve checked all settings, what am I missing? There are about 50 submenu pages that need to be repaired as well for responsiveness.

    Thanks, Michelle

    Hello Michelle,

    Thank you for contacting us.

You need to disable the fixed layout settings under Theme Options -> General Settings -> Enable Fixed Layout (make it off)

For better understanding please refer the screenshot-

I hope the above was helpful.

    Kind regards,

Manoj, when I do that, the home page becomes about ’20 metres long’ on mobile, the menus across the top of the screen go missing and the footer is way out of whack.. And quite frankly, I already tried that! So seriously, my original question, is that some look ‘normal’ on mobile, some do not. These stock answers don’t give any suggestion that the techs behind this theme are thinking outside the box as to how to resolve issues. What is the fix to the problem, that some look fine and some do not?

    Cheers
