Could you please help us to display the sorting on the front end?

its the same issue as before @sarahjsouris, you need to better control the orderby directive and get someone to programmatically filter the value as per your requirements

    Hello,
    Thanks for your reply.
    Did you get my email?
    Thanks,
    Sarah

When we try to use the plug-in we get the following screen but none of the posts show to sort – there are 25-40 listings/posts in categories. Please help. We have just upgraded to the current level of WordPress.

    Manually rank your "Posts"
Select a taxonomy to sort Posts.

Greyed-out categories contain too few posts and aren’t available for sorting.
Use the manual sorting for this category?
This switches the manual sorting on the front-end on or off. You can switch it off and manually sort your posts below until the new order is ready and you can then proceed to switch this on to showcase the new order on the front-end.

     Override 'orderby' query attribute
Caution: Overriding 'orderby' query attribute can have important consequences on WooCommerce listings where themes can display products ranked on various parameters such as price. This option overrides all other sortings, read FAQ #10 to see how to gain a finer control over this.

    Reset the order!
reset order for all posts, careful, this cannot be undone!

We are finding that some pages display the back-end sorting on the front end https://littlesnail.com.au/maileg-range/beach-mice/, but others do not: https://littlesnail.com.au/brand/maileg/

@sarahjsouris has a look at your site, and neither of the pages is being sorted manually. In fact the plugin isn’t being called properly and I suspect the theme you are using to be the issue, or possibly some custom code in your functions.php file that is not returning a filtered query.
