    Has anybody had an issue whereby Mailchimp sometimes doesn’t sync the orders back through to their website?

    Most of the time, the orders are created as well as the order data, however it seems that there are times where the orders are not synced back, and therefore it generates an abandoned cart email to the subscriber. If I go into woocommerce and update the order, it sends the data and everything is fine.

    I have noticed in the MC plugin logs, the following does not appear on these orders, and once I update the order it does again:

    2018-04-08T23:52:24+00:00 NOTICE order_submit.success :: addStoreOrder :: #49730 :: email: <removed> :: abandoned cart deleted [<removed string of data>]

    We are running in CLI mode, as this was the only way to get our orders to begin syncing. We are running php7.0 and can email system report if required.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated…
