Some orders synced twice, some have custom names

    Some orders are synced to my Hubspot Pipeline twice, but most are not.

    Most orders follow the same format as WooCommerce: <order #> Customer Name — But others have the product name and the customer name.

    Both issues are shown below

    Ultimately, I only want the orders to sync once for obvious reasons, and if possible, I’d love to be able to standardize how the order names are brought over to Hubspot. Ideally in this format:

    • <order #> – <customer name> – <product name>

    Is it possible?

    I’m using the free version of your plugin, but we have Marketing and Sales Hub Pro in Hubspot.

    Hello,

    Our plugin sync deals in the format: order # +Customer Name but if it’s not syncing this way then that needs to be checked by my developer, this format can further be edited but we need to check the issues first, and then proceed accordingly, you can reach out to us.
