    HI I have the most recent version of this plugin and have found that in GA some of my orders are not getting through so it doesn’t appear to reflect true conversion rates etc. Is there something that usually causes this and is there anything I can do about it or is it just something that happens from time to time.

    There doesn’t appear to be any consistency between the ones that don’t get through either. Some are guests, some are users. The products are different and it’s not all in one block. I’d really like to resolve as it’s making GA figures really inconsistent and if business decisions are being made based on them that’s an issue.

    I’m concerned that some tracking code may be missing and the installation instructions have slightly confused me. The installation tab looks straight forward, however on the general plugin page it states a few different things that need to be done (or the plugin automatically does?) I can’t tell if I should have taken further steps.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you I’ve fill it in now. Not sure what you mean by staging url have just filled in my domain name is there something further?

    Thank you for the response. With staging url we mean the testing url or development site url. If you have please share with us the same.

    Hi Jessica,

    Some of your products have multiple variants. And since our plugin does not consider multi-variant, there data is not sent to GA. Because of this reason some of your orders are not getting through.

    Having said that, we have taken a note of this issue & have planned to include it in our future release.
