Some orders not importing to Printful

Something you should check on is whether all of the ordered products have a matching product in your Printful Dashboard by going to your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync (the product should show up under Synced products).

If the ordered products are in the “Synced” category, but the order for them did not sync up with us, be sure to reach out at [email protected], so we could look into this in more detail!
