Some orders change their status themselves

    Hi,

    I have made an “order accepted” status, which I set to be the default when a user places a new order. But almost every day I have completed orders that change their status back to “order accepted” by themselves without me doing anything… After a few months of wondering what the reason was, I accidentally found out that if the user refreshes the thank you page that loads an order is placed, the order status automatically changes back to the “order accepted”.

    Please test this and make a correction in the new version.
