Some options to keep in mind

Hello,

Very nice plugin, maybe the most complete one, but I still feel we miss somethings like:

• fixed field for Interest Rate, I mean that is disabled for user to adjust it
• Option to hide Repayment frequency and payment mode
• Repayment chart would go better below the summary, not side by side
• option to disable sliders

And the most important one, if I disable Fee calculation, the i should be able to declare no fees, but I am obliged to put in at least 1.
