Some options in widget de-select on save

I’m testing the plugin and keep finding that certain checkbox settings uncheck themselves when I save changes to the widget. Things like “Show Tweet Intents,” etc., aren’t working.
The Other Settings do show as checked under Settings > Twitter Widget. They just keep unchecking in the actual widget. As a result, I’m not able to use “Show Tweet Intents”, “Show Follow Links”, and others in the tweet street.
Another oddness is the tweet stream displays one less item than I’ve set in the widget. So I’ve set it to display 6, displays 5. When it was set to 5, it displayed 4.
The site is running the RocketTheme Modulus Theme under the Gantry framework.
