Some one help? I am new to wordpress – trouble with clone/multiplying menu bars

This page has a div like this:
<div class="pages_menu">
and one like this:
<div class="cat_menu">
Is the menu added to your theme via widgets?
or by menu?
check your admin – appearance – menus, and admin – appearance – widgets
the duplication may be there. This is a theme issue. check with the theme developer. or try a different theme.

Ok, so I got a whole different theme, “grid theme responsive” and it is doing it still. It can’t be the theme, what can be causing this?

See if any of your plugins are causing that to happen.

They aren’t, I deactivated them all and it didn’t change.

Try switching to the default theme with no plugins and delete the existing menu. Make sure you clear any and all caches.

why would that help?

Now that I did what you said, I don’t know how to get the image store and cart page back that my plugin gave me when I first installed it, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it isn’t working anymore.

Try deleting the plugin completely and then reinstalling it.

Well, I think I figured it out, it had something to do with the categories…
