Some of the words in default language are being automatically translated.

    Hi,I have installed Nepali as default language and English as second language. When I activate translatepress plugin, some of the words in default language gets automatically translated. And when I deactivate the plugin its back to normal again.

    As far I had noticed only 2 words in default language are being translated in every posts.

    If I choose english as default language and translate it it Nepali, it does not change but when I choose default language as Nepali the words automatically gets translated.

    As I have more posts in Nepali than English, Its not possible to make English as default language.

    I don’t know how to sort it out. Please help me if any one had similar issue as well.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for letting us know about your problem!

    We recommend having the content written in the default language to be translated.

    Also, our plugin wont translate automatically your website if you dont use an automatic engine from TranslatePress (Google/DeepL).

    Without this, you`ll need to translate the content manually.

    thank you for the reply. I think you did get what I mean to say.

    My default language is “NEPALI” and I am trasnlating it to “ENGLISH”.

    But words on my default language is being translated automatially. I am not saying automatic translation.

    As far now word “????” is translated to ’bout and word “??????” is translated to ’cause

    please follow this link and visit my site then you will know the exact issue.

    Except these words every thing is fine but i dont know how come these words are being translated or replacing the original word.

    could you please help me to sort it out.

    Thank you for your reply. Were you in Nepali or English language while viewing my site. If it was English could you please switch to Nepali language and have a look again. Because my translated language is working fine but issue is with my default language. Heres the link for it. There you can see ’bout word it is originally ????. But upon installing this plugin this word is replced by ’bout. Same thing happen to ’cause its replacced too original word is ??????.

    I cant find any option to send screenshot here. could you please simply visit the link and choose nepali language and try to find or search ’bout and ’cause Then I am sure you can see the error these 2 words are replacing the original word.

    Hello there,

    I use the search filter for that page and everything is normal.

    I searched for ’bout word and nothing shows.

    Try to clear your cache and see if the issue dissapear.
