SOME of The items on the drop down menu do not work

Only some of thee items on the drop down menu do not work.
The top 3 items work, but the bottom 3 do not work..there is no roll over effect and they are not clickable.
Also the drop down menu is on the far right but I want it on the left or full screen.This is a sight I just built to show you…
