Some of the Items not Syncing, Even though Report says 0 items rejected.

    Dear support,
    Recently I am facing trouble syncing my new products to my Facebook Shop. Whereas in past I have done manual URL feed update even multiple times in a day and all items used to sync.

    Website is: https://www.SimranSinnan.com
    Facebook page with shop is: https://web.facebook.com/simransinnan/shop

    The sync button on the Product sync tab always keep me showing same digit 4 items remaining.

    I still have the CSV file url that the old plugin works with. When I use that url and update the feet using URL method it starts loading items and when the progress bar finishes it shows:
    Number of products in this data feed:590
    But the upload session tells following:
    Result
    651 products found in file
    651 products updated or added
    ?0 products rejected due to errors
    ?0 products removed
    ?

    Should I use that old url for the feed. I wonder if I am using right way. If I only depends on that sync button it is not able to do the job.

    Please help, Facebook ecommerce plugin was really helpful and many of the sellers like me were motivated to use paid marketing as the whole catalog goes to Facebook shop in matter of second and it becomes really easy to run ads.

    Thanks for sharing the background info on this case.

    It appears so previously you used manual product syncing. And then just recently you’ve started using this plugin to automate the process.

    I’d assume you now have two catalogs? The old one that you used for manual sync, and the new one created by Facebook for WooCommerce.

    Having two catalogs sometimes triggers some problems in product sync.

    Can you please double-check, and make sure you select the new catalog to connect to the store.

    Hi thank you for your response.
    The very first catalog created on Facebook was by the Facebook Ecommerce plugin for Woo-Commerce. In that version plugin used to give us a URL that we used to copy in Facebook Catalog management area.

    Now with recent updates the plugin does not seems to show any url for manual update. but I had that url saved in text file and I still use it, otherwise as I mentioned if I try to use Facebook plugin Sync Products button option, it does not appears to do the job.

    I also notice one more feature to create Product Sets right from the plugin. I created few but I am not seeing all of the sets created in Facebook!

    Now with recent updates the plugin does not seems to show any url for manual update.

    Right. Please connect the new catalog when you connect your site to Facebook. You can find out more about this configuration issue along with steps for how to address it in this document.

    If only some of your products are missing from your Facebook shop, then this may be due to some of your products being out of stock or being virtual products.
