    Hi there

    One of my clients has a problem selling his item. When we check there is no tax collected when the customer checkout. Please see the setting he setup on tax https://prnt.sc/b4SQMjCKPEOt

    Automated Taxes can still be functioning properly even if the tax value for an order is 0.00.

    If you have a store in the United States, you only need to charge sales tax to customers in areas where you have a “tax nexus,” which usually means a physical presence, your store address (WooCommerce > Settings > General) is used as your “tax nexus” by WooCommerce Shipping & Tax.

    We provide guidance on using the extension, but it’s important to note that we are not tax professionals.

    When it comes to deciding whether or not to charge tax/VAT/GST, we suggest seeking advice from a tax professional or accountant to determine the best course of action.
