    Hi, @intelmouse!

Yesterday, in this thread, you mentioned the following:

[…]I installed the official PayPal payment plugin from Woocommerce, everything works!

Are you continuing to run into issues with PayPal even with the new plugin? The log you shared here is from April 5, 2021 and is still related to the PayPalCommerce plugin.

If you’ll also let us know the exact PayPal plugin you’re using now (you can copy paste the name from the list in your site’s WP Admin > Plugins), we can help you enable logging for that if necessary.

This is the plugin that I downloaded directly from the Woocommerce website.

Not all but some clients cannot make payment.

    Thank you for that screenshot!

First, since you’re now using the PayPal Checkout plugin, it’s best that you create a thread in its forum here: WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway

Before you create that thread, please make sure that the plugin is set up according to the guide here: Setup and Configuration

Next, head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout and under “Advanced Settings,” make sure that “Enable logging.” That will give us more information when troubleshooting.

Also, in the new thread, for orders where payment has failed, please let us know if you’re seeing any information from the order notes, which would be this part when you’re viewing or editing an order:

Alternatively, instead of opening a new thread, you contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
    ?
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
    ?
We will be able to help you further there.

Enable logging is checked by default. Thank you very much for the help. Have a great day!

    Hey, @intelmouse!

Since you’ve already opened a support request with us, I’m going to mark this thread as resolved for now. However, we’ll continue to assist you via email.
