Some multisite images not loading

Our multisite just upgraded to WordPress 4.9.1–en.
Main site is https://shalomraleigh.org; images load fine.
One of our multisite sites is located at https://raleighcaryjcc.org; images are not loading on the site and are not visible in Media Library (I see a blank space.)
Images are correctly uploaded to https://raleighcaryjcc.org/wp-content/blogs.dir/3/files, but the site seems to be looking for them at https://raleighcaryjcc.org/files.
Any idea how to fix?
