Some Mails going to Spam

    Hi,

    we use the plugin since that year. Everythings great but over and over again, mails going to Spam. How can i avoid that? Is it possible that all mails are going to inbox?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear that your emails are being sent to spam.

    What mailer are you currently using? Also, did you ensure that you had performed all of the steps outlined in our documentation?

    If you have not set up mailer, we would recommend setting up the SendLayer (free trial) or Sendinblue/Brevo (free tier) mailers as you will be able to set a domain based From email address and both services have their own email log dashboard so you can gain more insights about potential deliverability issues (if any occur).
