    Seems like I am having a similar problem to the resolved forum blocked emails
    to be honest a lot of that thread is beyond my technical knowledge. can you tell me where in control panel i can find out whether outgoing mail is getting blocked by assassin, i can only see settings relating to incoming mail.
    then if it shows some is i could use the same mini plug in if i disabled email templates?
    if that plugin is working to get mail through the spam filters will you be incorporating it (i’d rather not loose the email templates)
    the clients are losing confidence as we are still using cf7 forms for group bookings and they are going through without any problems.

    The best step to take is to record the date and time of an email that should have been received but wasn’t, and ask them to check their logs to see if it was sent.
