• Hello, I recently updated plugins. I see that on one entry there were links on Google words – I don’t know if it’s the fault of this plugin, but only this one was updated for days.

These links lead to my page with the ending # – I can only see them unless I am logged in as an administrator.

In the page code (check developer tools) and not the source code itself, you can see such entries on these links:

<a href="#" class="google-anno" style="border: 0px !important; box-shadow: none !important; display: inline !important; float: none !important; margin: 0px !important; outline: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important; text-decoration: none !important;"><span class="google-material-icons" style="border: 0px !important; box-shadow: none !important; display: inline !important; float: none !important; margin: 0px !important; outline: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important; font-family: &quot;Google Material Icons&quot;, goog-matfb !important; font-style: normal !important; font-weight: normal !important; text-decoration: none !important; bottom: -1px !important; font-size: 90% !important; position: relative !important;">search</span>&nbsp;<span style="border: 0px !important; box-shadow: none !important; display: inline !important; float: none !important; margin: 0px !important; outline: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important; text-decoration: underline dotted !important;">Google</span></a>

    <span class="google-material-icons" style="border: 0px !important; box-shadow: none !important; display: inline !important; float: none !important; margin: 0px !important; outline: 0px !important; padding: 0px !important; font-family: &quot;Google Material Icons&quot;, goog-matfb !important; font-style: normal !important; font-weight: normal !important; text-decoration: none !important; bottom: -1px !important; font-size: 90% !important; position: relative !important;">search</span>

Does anyone know what’s going on?

This problem only occurs if the Quads plugin is enabled – when I disable it the problem disappears.

Hi, Thank you for sharing. I’ve inspected the issue and it seems it is the title. No links. Have you done any changes? Because it does not look like a link, it is the title.

In the question description – only when I am logged in as an administrator, there, as marked in the my picture above – only it is displayed to me. Such a problem is in the title and content with such links with a magnifying glass as I blew in the picture.

This only happens – when this Quads plugin is enabled. When I turn it off, the problem goes away.

Hello, the problem occurs on every theme. My theme is Kadence. No other plugin has any effect on it, I’ve tested everything.

These links and the problem of this topic is indirectly through the plugin – it is from the google adsense laboratory – links to google products – when the ad is displayed. So that’s why it was like this when this plugin was enabled – because there was a google ad code – which replaces words with links in the new adsense solutions lab.

So it’s not an error of the plugin itself in this 1 case.
