Some kind of malware plugin? Creating keywords across my site

Hi there,

I set up Google webmaster on my https://www.urbancargo.co.uk site earlier and noticed that 601 instances of the keyword viagra are appearing on various pages – when I look at the code I can’t see this. Are there any plugins that would help me identify what exactly is going on?
