Some keyboards commands not working

As of the last month or two, some keyboard commands are not working in Classic Editor – specifically, arrow keys and PgUp/Down. It’s as if Scroll Lock were on (but it’s not). So, selecting a word or letter requires use of the mouse, as does moving within a post.

Any thoughts? Seems like there’s a setting wrong somewhere, but I can’t figure out where.
