    HI,

I tried to create a registration form to replace the traditional woocommerce form with the one created with registrationmagic. I have selected the correct form in the woocommerce extension, but yet in the frontend I see both forms overlapping. Why do I have this problem?

    Hi @fedeflooro,

When a RegitrationMagic form is integrated with WooCommerce, core user registration fields such as username, password, email and WooCommerce address fields will display from the WooCommerce form. The other fields will display from the RegistrationMagic form. Is this what you mean by overlapping or is there any other specific issue?

hello, sorry I had imagined it… but it took me a while to figure it out and initially I thought it was a problem.

However, I have another question: when I enable the user registration confirmation email, the confirmation link goes to 404 page…how can I set up a redirect to the account page?

    Hi @fedeflooro,

By confirmation link, I assume you mean the user activation link that the user receives after form submission. Do correct me if I am wrong.

The link will only work if you have correctly configured the Default User Account Page from Settings -> Default Pages. Also, the configured page must have the shortcode [RM_Front_Submissions] in its content.

Let me know if it works after setting the right page.

I mean the activation link that is sent via email if the user verification setting is active. Before proceeding as you say, I wanted to ask for another clarification: does this email verification option work only if a registrationmagic form is sent, or does it work in every case of a wordpress user registration? Let me explain, if a user registers directly from the checkout or from another alternative registration page, is the registrationmagic email verification always required? Or not in these cases?

    Hi,

Account activation link email works with specific RM Forms – those forms which have user account creation turned on. It will not work with other forms.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
