Some issues with version 1.3

Hey Matthew, nice touches with the new version, really like the confirmation options.
Unfortunately they do not work, when you save, it changes back to default (nothing selected).

Another issue is with the description:
when ever you save it ads “\” after ” ‘ “.
So lets say you have John’s, after saving it will show John\’s and then if you save again the number of \ just increases exponentially .
(i don’t know if on every field but it does this on the checkbox’s description)
