Some issues to set up the plugin

I have just implemented the plugin on my site.
It seems to be a great plugin and great work.Anyway, I would need some help to fix some little problems:
The plugin is displayed in the beginning of all my posts.
The first issue is that the validation of the rating does not work.
It worked only once on one post, but the number of votes came back after to zero:

I was wondering also if there is submit button in standard settings.The second issue is about one line appearing after the only one vote;
When the rating was done, it appeared indeed one line at the bottom of the post:
“name of the post written by … average of rating …1 visitor evaluation”
Now it disappeared…
Nevertheless, how to set the system to avoid this line.Thank you very much for support!
