Some issue with submitting contact form when SMTP Plugin Activated

    I have installed easy registration contact form plugin on my website and also SMTP plugin with that. If SMTP plugin gets activated the form doesn’t gets submitted it just keeps on waiting for submission.

    I think that it’s crashing with your plugin. Can you please look into it

    Once I deactivate SMTP plugin it gets working fine.

  • Hi Shubham,

    This is because of the incorrect SMTP settings, the connection between your site’s server and SMTP server becomes too slow and never connected, so, your form submission is trying to send the email but could not connect. Please contact your SMTP provider and get the correct SMTP information.
