    Helloo
    after last updates yesterday ( blocksy companion update ) my site was broken, unfortunately, it’s not the first time,in every time i got update from blocksy companion i know my site gonna break, please provide us a new update or check why always your update broke the sites , thank you and appreciate your help

    Can you explain what issues you are experiencing? It’s easier to help, if you provide a link your website, and some more details on what you think is broken.

    A screenshot or screencast is also very helpful.

    Also check the changelog to see if any changes in the latest version affects you.

    The latest update features major changes to the header builder, so if you are experiencing issues with your header, revisit the customizer and reconfigure your header. Should be a breeze, the UX has been improved even further.

    Hello @dean34, could you please explain what really was broken?

    In some cases users think the problem is from our side but they simply don’t clear their caches, in other cases there are problems that come from their poor hosting/server and so on… so, we need more details, screenshots in order to be able to give you a good answer/advice.

    It would be even better to submit a support ticket here and give us also your website url so we could investigate your issue faster and better.

    Hello, sorry for late replay
    i have already submitted a ticket on 20. August when this issue happened, i have received responses from your team right away, but The solution they presented to me is difficult for me, I cannot handle it because I’m not a technician data guy.
    i have backed up my site and now is fine, but i haven’t proceeded with the new update process yet, i still have the update notice in my dashboard.

    You see, as i expected, i just risk it and made an update right now for blocksy theme new update my site completely have been changed and look different nothing right, nothing in the right place picture, posts fonts, everything messed up,
    i have taken screenshots, i will send a ticket

    Hey @dean34,
    In the last update we introduced some speed improvements among with a better handling for dynamic CSS. Now you get almost no dynamic CSS inlined in the html and Blocksy uses less dynamic CSS per total.

    All you had to do is to click one time the Publish button from Customizer -> this step regenerates the CSS and everything should be fine.

    thanks for helping me today to get my website back, it seems the css update was not compatible with my plugin and caused the problem but now everything is fine, thanks again i appreciate your support
