Some internationalized text needs /* translators: */ comments

While trying to internationalize a plugin developed with APF, I found quite a few __('text %1$s replacement', domain)strings without preceding/* translators: 1: whatever */ comments.

wp i18n make-pot complains, rightly, about those.

It would be convenient if those comments were there, explaining to translators the purpose of the numbered sprintf parameters.
