Some images not uploading

    Hi, I’ve been using the 10 Web WordPress Photo Gallery with no issues, but now have a number of images in my last gallery batch that wouldn’t upload. There was a general error message at the bottom of the 10 Web upload page saying the file couldn’t be uploaded, and a reminder of the file types that it accepts. The images were all JPGs but were rejected. Then I tried opening them in Photoshop and resaving them, and then they uploaded normally. Why would this issue be happening? Is it something you’ve seen before? Thanks.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience you have faced. With a bit of detailed information, we can help you resolve this problem. Please Right-click on the page >>>?Inspect element and look for JavaScript errors on the?Console tab when trying to upload the images.

    If possible, please send us a screenshot or a copy of the errors you see.

    Thanks. I did what you suggested and the error message appears to be “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)” – screenshots can be found at https://www.jfcsnnj.org/photogallery-errors.jpg

    For more detail, when I upload the file, the blue progress bar goes all the way, and then it says “Processing Uploaded Files…” and that’s when it fails.

    If I try to upload the same image through the WP Media Library, it works fine. Here’s that image if you want to see it: https://www.jfcsnnj.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/20230611-JFCS-1005.jpg

    I have uploadd the image which you have provided without any problem.

    Also, this problem might be a conflict with another plugin on your website. For troubleshooting the conflict you can use Health Check?plugin.
