Some images not optimising, says all are done

    In the image optimisation page, it says I have no images left to omptimise. Yet in the media browser I can see many images without any optimisation done, and many where only WebP has been done.

    Also, I have some images where the WebP version is greyed out and I am not able to click it.

    I did previously have ShortPixel installed, but uninstalled it before using LiteSpeed, if that helps.

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

  • Maybe ShortPixel already optimise the image before?

    The reason why the image is greyed out because it cannot be optimised by our server more, we will keep serving the original image.

    You can try to Clean Up Unfinished Data and rerun the optimization again, also please provide?your Report Number(found in?WP Admin > LiteSpeed Cache > Report) for us to check is there any optm error on our database.
