Some images not converted to webp

Hello

I’m using LSCache on a site and I’m having trouble getting all the images converted to webp. It seems as though some images that are in the theme or outside of the uploads folder does not get converted.

These are images that would get a size reduction with webp (I have tested it manually) but for some reason are not included.

Is this expected behavior or is something wrong?
