Some images do not show with CDN

I have enabled CDN in my settings. When I clear cache everything looks good. But after some time when everything is cached some images do not show, only a place holder for those images show. Also the admin bar does not show on the front end after cache is enabled. I have tried everything but can’t find a solution.
