Some Images aren’t displaying on certain posts

So I’ve been using the WP Stateless plugin for some time now and all see well. However I’ve noticing that randomly some posts aren’t displaying the images after we have published the post. These seems to be on some post pages and on the category pages. My stateless setting is currently set to Ephemeral. Below is some links to pages/posts that has the issue. The image looks as if it uploaded correctly as I can put in the image url and it loads, but within the posts or category pages it is broken. In the post pages, the image that appears broken is the featured image. This is the one that will show at the top of the post and as the thumbnail image.
