Some Icons not working Service Widget

  • Hi there,

    Love the theme, still figuring out the kinks. I have been able to get the front page all together and looking like I’d like; however, I’m a little stumped with the icons on the services widget. Most of the icons (from here) work, but some of the icons just produce large coloured dot above the title. For example, fa-hand-spock-o doesn’t load the awesome Spock hand icon. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    did you are using the latest version of Moesia theme?

    Using version 1.36, I believe that’s the latest. Any other suggestions? The site is https://www.wadekelly.com

    Yes, that was the latest version of Moesia theme but seems like we are forget to update the fontawesome icons. This fa-hand-spock-o icon is available in fontawesome version 4.4 and currently, this theme still using fontawesome version 4.3.

    You can wait the next version of Moesia theme to have the updated fontawesome or you can also update your current fontawesome with yourself.
    Here is the step:
    1. download the fontawesome from https://fontawesome.io/
    2. go to folder theme > fonts
    3. replace the existing files within fonts folder with the latest fontawesome. Please make sure that there no different file name

    Sorry! I forgot to respond. Thank you for getting back to me with excellent advice. Worked like a charm the first time I did it but when I updated the theme and WordPress it broke it again. Any more suggestions?
