    This plugin has some great features, and my client and I decided to have her purchase the personal version. Since then, many of the features that were promised are not working, and I have submitted several tickets as well as posting on the support forum. The only word that I have heard from support was one reply on the forum saying that what I was asking for was for the paid version only (which I have), and I still haven’t gotten an answer.

    I’m very disappointed by this, as this could be a great plugin, but they don’t offer much needed support. Reading through the forum, it appears that many people are having this same issue of not getting responses.

    I’m very sorry to learn that you’re disappointed, this feature is not advertised and as we explained we’re planning to include it on the next version.

    At the moment, the plugin allows admin to cancel an appointment only via email.

    I have not received a single email in reply to my open tickets. If you are in fact sending them, I would suggest checking how you are doing so, as they are not reaching my inbox or spam folder, and I could really use your support on a number of issues.

    We’re not allowed to talk about the premium version on this forums, this is for the lite version only.

    However, I think that I’ve found one of your tickets by checking your WP nickname.

    I’d recommend you get in touch here https://bookingultrapro.com/contact.php, of course, if you could include your nickname on your email that would be great. Otherwise we won’t be able to track your issue.

    Actually, we’ve replied to all our registered clients and the emails were not rejected.

    We look forward to hearing from you, I’m sure there is a reasonable explanation of why you’re not getting our replies.
