some functions on my website stop working the moment i sign out of my wordpress

hello i dont know why each time i sign out of my wordpress admin panel the search engine on my website will stop working but when i sign back on my wordpress admin its start working again perfectly my website is https://www.johnhiltonasia.com have tried evrything possible deactivated and activated all plugin but its still malfunstioning your help helps will be so much apreciated. thanks
