Some function doesn’t work

Hi, i’ve somes problems with one of my wordpress websites :

When i try to save menu form admin, menu come back as same as previsouly.
If i try to create a new menu for main menu, menu is created but not displayed.
If i manage my menu by customize theme function, that work.

But if i try to manage widgets by customize theme function, that come back as i’ve never managed them.
If i manage from admin panel that’s work.

For plugins (for example) :
in stock manager, if i clic on “save all” nothing is save, but if i save each variation one by one that’s work.

I’ve try to desactivate all plugins, switch to classic theme, same things !

I’ve try to repare SQl databse, but nothing change…
