Some form responses being received and others not

    We have a charity website that folk register for an event by using a Contact 7 form. A strange issue is being reported – we are receiving some responses from the form but others are disappearing. The person who completes the form receives the confirmation email but we don’t receive the completed form. This has only been reported three or four times. Any ideas??

    Have you checked in the spam folder?

    Yeah, we’ve checked the spam. No mail! What I’ve done is set up an address from the same domain where the domain resides to see if some is being blocked because the message is being sent from a different email address.

    Some hosts have spam filtering system on the server side.
