Some Filter Attributes show and others don’t

I’m testing out your plugin and finding it works really well, except for one instance.

On the page you’ll see filtering on the side just fine. But, what you don’t see is another filter “Bottle Size” Every bottle has either a 60ml or 100ml size attached to it.

Flavor is an attribute and it shows. Category is an attribute and it shows. I created Material as a test to see if there’s a bug, but this works too! So why doesn’t Bottle Size display? Is there an option in the product definition that I’m missing?

I’m using shortcodes to display the filters using Elementor.
