some fields on checkout page not displaying data

hello, i have the plugin installed and in english everything is fine but when converted to arabic one of the drop down field(that i working fine in english) all its data disappear and it only shows a slight blue line, i have attached a loom video that you can checkout in which i have shown the problem so you can better understand.
