Some fields are working others not

At first it didn’t work at all but then I turned of the PayPal ad on off, on the contact form 7, and then I finally got it to work but only partly. I have triple checked the titles and they are all correctly filled in. The date is there and 4 other columns but it leaves out 9 columns. I wondered how to fill in the names of text and checkbox from the contact form in google sheets as well, they are some of the once not working. Most of the fields in the contact form are required fields of the same kind that have sometimes been delivered to the google sheet and sometimes not.
