Some field data not showing in downloaded csv file

Hi Josie,
This is the first competition we have using EntryWizard for file upload. In my testing the upload and download of images and data were fine. But this morning I download the real data submitted by members, I find some data are missing. A couple of examples are pasted below.

Filename WP Webform ID Title Reqcom WP User ID Full Name Email
2021MarSS-A155-Fishing.jpg 291 Fishing
2021MarSS-A155-Snow_and_Sun.jpg 291 Snow and Sun

As you can see the WP User ID, Full Name and Email fields are empty. I actually use the User ID in the filename, 155 is an example. But it is not in the WP User Field.
I am at a loss as to what happened and how to correct this. Please Help.
