Some features can not be activated

Hi,
in Feature Manager I can activate just XML sitemaps and Performance. Other features can not be activated. Nothing happens when I click to activate and function is still deactivate. Can you help me please and tell me why it is not activated?

After having accessed your site and investigated, I can say that this is most likely a server-level caching issue.
For instance, if you go to /wp-admin/options-general.php and try to change the language, it remains the same.
I’d recommend contacting your server administrator for assistance or switch to hosting that doesn’t have such aggressive caching.
