Some FB counts lost after applying Clear Share Count Cache

    Hello,
    I followed the plugin suggestion to input Facebook App ID and Facebook App Secret, and clearing Share Count Cache in Miscellaneous tab. After completing the procedure, FB counts on some recent posts appears, but on others I noticed they reduced. How to recover lost counts?

    I got the same problem even after the latest update.

    What were the plugin suggestions BTW, I didn’t get the chance to try it within the first days and it now disappeared…

    After recent updats, counts retrieved back. It is OK now, but meanwhile I also used facebook debuger.

    Glad to hear that.

    Which steps did you take to restore it?
    They’re still not there on my website after the update.

    Just went to Facebook debugger page and apply debugging.
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
    But counts restored after the plugin update.

    @lucio7 If you are using the latest version of the plugin, you would retain your Facebook shares. If you still face the issue, drop an email at support[at]heateor[dot]com so that I can check what’s wrong.
