    Hi
I have the same issue. as iohannis. When I send a test mail, I get those errors.

Same settings work fine with the “configure smtp” plugin

I ended up just using Configure SMTP, which was faster and easier than trying to get this plugin to work.

There are some examples on the settings page, you can click the corresponding icon to view.(such as “Gmail””Microsoft””163″”QQ”)

This plugin was working fine until recently it just stopped working.

I had it use the same email on 2 wordpress sites so I disable one just in case but that didn’t solve the issue.

When it was working it was setup as the examples. Currently using live.com address.

    Thanks.

    Fixed.

Had to add my phone number and alternative email for verification.

    According to this other thread:

The SMTP needs to be authenticated.

Maybe something to consider for a next release.

    Thanks
