    Those errors unfortunately don’t tell me anything about what is causing your issue.

    I recommend that you check your server logs to see if there is anything which provides more details.
    Also when you disable the “Rename Login Feature” does the above error go away?

    When I disable the “Rename Login Feature”, all is good. I can’t find the server error logs in my site. I use DirectAdmin, but I can’t find that file (error_log) in public_html or in panel.
