    Thanks for contacting us.

    Regarding your first question, the error you noticed is not related to the SmartFrame plugin but it’s related to the SmartFrame itself. Could you please let us now your operating system? Does the problem persist even after refreshing the page? Are you using any VPN or proxy?

    Regarding the second question, we started testing the SmartFrame plugin with the Flatsome Theme and its own builder. We will let you know the compatibility status as soon as we complete the process.

    Hi @bem7874,

    We tested the compatibility of our plugin with the Flatsome Theme: at the moment it is not 100% compatible (e.g. SmartFrames are not displayed with the correct size) but we are working on it and we hope to fully support it in the next release (2.1).
